Description:

NeOn Toolkit 1.2.3 is the third bug-fix update for since November 2008. This update is needed because of some changes of the standard Java libraries (starting from Java 1.5.0_19 and Java 1.6.0_14). This basic configuration of the NeOn Toolkit offers basic ontology modeling features (for OWL and F-logic). It can be augmented by installing more plug-ins after exectuting the toolkit via the built-in update mechanism.
